support6.jpg DXI provide management & support of all services from the Service Management Centre (SMC). The DXI SMC is based in the City of London and Operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

 DXI utilise monitoring systems that are developed in-house enabling bespoke service checks based on applications & services deployed. The SMC provides both proactive & reactive support for any service issues.

The SMC runs on highly resilient and fully redundant standalone architecture to monitor and mange end-to-end SLAs.
